We send Nicky Morgan our best wishes and support.

SportTrades would like to wish Nicky Morgan and his family all the very best. Our thoughts are with you all at this time. We hope for a good outcome.

Nicky was attacked early Friday morning, outside the Sugar Hut, Brentwood. Any one who has information please contact Senior investigating officer Det Insp Jamie Gingell. If your reading this and you were involved in some way, hand yourself in immediately.

Nicky’s condition has slightly improved since the incident, with feelings returning in his toes and hands. He remains seriously ill and is still unable to move his legs. He underwent surgery yesterday to reduce the swelling on his spine and at present we have no further information.

Nicky is currently Goalkeeper for Billericay Town FC, all involved with the club have sent their regards and support. As have other clubs Nicky has played for, including Braintree Town, Bishop Stortford, Crawley Town and Southend United.

SportTrades know Nicky through his family involvement with local football. The son of a SportTrades Director, has played in the same team as some of Nicky’s brothers and on the odd occasion lined up with him.

We wish you well Nicky.
