Sno Collapse reminds us of C.R.Y

Evander Sno the former Celtic and Feyenoord midfielder, who was on loan at Bristol City last season has suffered a suspected heart attack.

Sno was playing for Ajax reserves against Vitesse Arnhem when he collapsed. The match was called off as Sno was resuscitated on the pitch.

Sno is conscious and responding to treatment in an Arnhem hospital. We wish him well and a speedy recovery.

It is another high profile case that affects many young people. 12 young people per week die through heart problems. Most are fit and athletic people who have had no symptoms or warning.

C.R.Y are campaigning for more screaming for our youngster who play sport, as detection leads to prevention,

C.R.Y will be running their awareness week in October, please find out more about the charity and please support.
